Dunnet Bay Cooler

Add 50ml Holy Grass Vodka to a cocktail shaker with 25ml lemon juice and 2 tspns of rhubarb and orange jam and shake well! Strain into a glass with ice and top with rhubarb soda. Garnish with a flying saucer!
