Loyalty Points

If you already sign in when you make purchases then you already are a member of Loyalty Points! Congratulations!  You can visit your account page to see how your points are looking so far!

Otherwise, all you need is to create an account with us.  You can either do this at the checkout stage, ticking the “create an account” checkbox, or you can create a new account first. 

Loyalty Points are only available in the UK when you shop on our Website or Distillery Shop (customers with a UK postal address aged 18 and over!)

We don’t know your birthday unless you choose to tell us – it’s entirely optional! If you would like to ensure you receive your birthday points you have to provide your birthday at registration. If you have already got an account with us simply edit your account details and add your birthday in there!

There are some fantastic rewards. A full list can be found on the Dunnet Bay Distillers Loyalty Points page, or on your own loyalty points account page.

Simply log in to the website and visit your account page! There is a Loyalty Points section which will show you how many points you have, what you are able to redeem and what you might like to save for!

There is a Loyalty Points section which will show you how many points you have, what you are able to redeem and what you might like to save for! If you wish to redeem your points simply use the “Unlock” button on the reward of your choice and when you checkout with your next purchase, your reward will be added to your order.

Once you’ve used your Loyalty Points, they can’t be refunded.

If your order is cancelled, your points will be amended on your account. You can see your points at an time on your loyalty points account page.

You can use our handy tool to directly send emails to your friends, copy and paste your unique referral link to share in a way that suits you, or use our handy social sharing buttons. All of these options can be found at the bottom of your loyalty points account page.

A track of all of the points you have earned will be displayed on your loyalty points account page.

Redeeming your reward is simple! Simply visit your loyalty points account page. Any rewards which you are eligible to claim will be at the top of the page. Use the unlock button on the desired reward and immediately a voucher will be available for you to use at checkout.

If your voucher does not appear in the checkout automatically, don’t worry, it will still available for you! Visit your loyalty points account page to see any vouchers waiting to be redeemed. Simply copy the voucher code and apply it manually at checkout, your reward should then appear in your basket.

It may be that the item is out of stock if you take too long to redeem your voucher. In this case, we will contact you to send you a replacement gift or refund the points so that you can choose how to use them!

We only award points for verified purchases through our online shop.

We use Ecologi to plant trees, and they can be anywhere from Scotland to Mozambique!
