How Does IT Work?
You decide…
Treat your special person to a 3, 6 or 12 month membership!
We can either email the unique code immediately OR we can post out a lovely certificate directly to you or the recipient.
They choose
The lucky person can sign up to our Refill Rewards Club on our website using their unique code – and choose which edition they would like.
Don’t forget they can change their pouch as often as they wish!
Months of surprises!
We will deliver their box directly to them (with free postage of course!) on the first week of the month consecutively.
Each box includes their chosen refill pouch, accompanying mixers and a wee surprise or two to enjoy!
A green gift
When they have topped up their bottle, simply pop the empty pouch into the postbox – no stamp or envelope required!
We’ll take care of the recycling.

How often does the box arrive?
The first box will arrive in the first week of the month after the recipient has signed up using the code on the gift certificate. If your gift recipient orders after the 1st of the month, the box will arrive the following month.
The boxes will run consecutively from one month to the next for the duration of the gift membership. Don’t forget they can press ‘pause’ to allow extra time between refills!

FAQ
When will the gift recipient receive their order?
Our refill rewards boxes are sent out on the first week of the month! They will receive it on the first week of the next month after they sign up.
How much does it cost?
You can purchase a gift certificates at £96, £192 or £384 which cover 3, 6 or 12 refill rewards boxes respectively.
Who do you use for delivery?
We use Royal Mail and send on a 48 hour delivery service. This requires a signature on delivery.
What if they want to continue the membership after the time has elapsed?
After the duration of the membership is elapsed then we will stop sending boxes. They can sign up again at any time thereafter to be Refill Rewards Club Member.
Can I change the frequency?
The boxes are delivered each month consecutively for the duration of the gift membership. Whilst it is not possible to change the frequency – they are able to press ‘pause’ to allow extra time between refills.
How do they switch the next refill pouch choice to another edition?
Switching the refill pouch edition or pausing is easy! Simply
- Head to the account page and click on the ‘switch subscription’ or ‘pause’ button.
- If changing pouch – select your new edition.
- Click ‘Switch Subscription’ and follow the check-out process (no charges will be made).
Why can't we swap to the Rock Rose Gin Navy Strength edition?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer Navy edition as part of the gift refill reward club, but you can still buy it as a single refill pouch in the shop, or as part of the personal refills reward club option.
