The Pepperman – Ideal for a fine summer’s day!
Fill the glass half of a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in 50ml Rock Rose gin, 25ml grapefruit juice and 12.5ml sugar syrup.
Add a pinch of ground pink peppercorns with two strawberries. Shake until a thin ice crust forms on the outside of the shaker.
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Single strain the liquor into the glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a strawberry.
Sit ouside and relax 🙂
