House White Cocktail

Rock Rose; Peach; Lemon; Benedictine; Absinthe

Chill a martini glass.  Shake 30ml Rock Rose Gin, 30ml Rin Quin Quin ala Peche, 15ml fresh lemon juice and 15ml benedictine with a dash of absinthe in a shaker with ice.

Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with star anise and a slice of cucumber.
