A delicious cocktail to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee with a bit of Scottish Magic!
- 30ml Holy Grass Vodka
- 15ml Earl Grey tea (cold)
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- Champagne to top up
- Garnish: Sugar to decorate glass rim and twist of lemon
Holy Grass Vodka
- Coat the rim of a fluted glass with sugar crystals
- Add the vodka, tea and syrup with ice to a shaker, and shake!
- Strain into the flute and top up with champagne
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
