- 50ml Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition
- 30ml Lime juice
- 20ml Sugar syrup
- 6 Mint leaves
- 1 cup of frozen seedless watermelon chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Garnish: Lime wedges, watermelon wedges and mint leaves

- Place all ingredients in a liquidiser and blend until smooth and the ice is crushed well.
- Serve in a tall glass
- Garnish with lime wedges, watermelon wedges and mint leaves.
