The last in our Creative Collection is the very fun Jam Doughnut Gin! The label is beautifully designed by Hannah Cambridge Illustration, beautifully showing the fun and whimisical nature of this edition. Perk Doughnuts in Inverness supplied us with some of their gorgeous jam doughnuts. We distilled these along with some of their delicious jam, Madagascan vanilla and of course lots of juniper!
We thought it would make an amazing negroni and it does! Try this simple recipe….
Add 50ml Jam Doughnut gin, 50ml Campari and 50ml vermouth to a glass and mix. Serve with ice and a strawberry garnish! Easy and delicious.
