This is a series of whisky blends designed to raises funds for our conservation and restoration of Castletown Mill into the home of Stannergill Whisky.

Shindigs Whisky Smoked Bacon Crisps
First, we have the Shindigs Whisky Smoked Bacon Crisps. These crisps are a savoury delight, infused with the deep, smoky flavours of whisky.
Each bite offers a perfect balance of rich bacon and subtle whisky notes, making them an ideal snack to enjoy with a dram! Whether it be a wee tot of our Saga 4 – The Saga of Benjamin ‘Ben’ Calder or a delicious Rock Rose Gin & tonic.
Stockan’s Orkney Beremeal Oatcakes
Next, we present the Stockan’s Orkney Beremeal Oatcakes. Made from ancient beremeal, these oatcakes are a nod to Scotland’s agricultural heritage. Bere barley is grown mainly in Orkney but in some parts of Caithness and Shetland too. It can be used for production of whisky.
But we prefer it in a Stockan’s oatcake! Their hearty texture and slightly nutty flavour make them a versatile companion for cheese, smoked salmon, or just enjoyed with soup. They’re perfect for a spring picnic or as a sophisticated addition to your evening snack platter.
