First up, we have the exceptional Shore Seaweed Slightly Salted Chips, and these aren’t just any ordinary crisps – they represent a lovely connection to our distillation heritage! Shore Seaweed is the very company that provides the kelp we use in our Citrus Coastal Edition distillation process, making these chips a perfect celebration of the coastal botanicals that make this spirit so special.
These delicately crafted chips capture the essence of the Scottish coast with their subtle saltiness and hint of the sea. Each crisp delivers a satisfying crunch followed by the clean, mineral taste of sustainably harvested seaweed. It’s like experiencing the wild shores of Caithness in every bite.

Panda Liquorice
Next, we have the delightful Panda Liquorice, a classic treat that holds a special connection to our distillation process that you might not expect! Whilst we don’t use actual liquorice in the gin distillation there is a story here – we use a liquorice salt from the renowned Hebridean Mustard Company in our Citrus Coastal Edition, and this sweet liquorice treat celebrates that very botanical connection.
These soft, chewy liquorice pieces offer a gentle sweetness with that distinctive aniseed flavour that liquorice lovers adore. The smooth texture and rich taste create a wonderful contrast to the crisp saltiness of the seaweed chips, giving you a delightful range of flavours to explore alongside your gin.
