Changed my choice of spirit, great to be able to enjoy a choice of quality gin. Changing next month to as it would be criminal to not enjoy such choice.

I recently had cause to message regarding my subscription. Twice actually. Once to with a complaint and when Claire became aware of it, it was rectified and I got a lovely hand written note from her. Second time was to allow me to change my subscription to a new flavour of gin. Easily rectified with instructions on how to do this. I now look forward to my next box with a new gin to try along with the usual treats – due very soon and I can’t wait to get my next box. Weather is fabulous just now and a wee gin on the deck my new favourite thing!

I received a 3 month gift subscription. This is not the first time I have had one of these so I was looking forward to my box arriving. It arrived over a week ago with ‘treats’ but no gin. I have emailed 4 times now and have had my emails ignored. I have received plenty emails asking for reviews and notifying of new flavours – basically wanting more money but will not rectify their mistake – the box was not sealed!!

I was kindly gifted a 3 month subscription as a birthday present and it’s certainly a gift that keeps on giving! The subscription is easy to set up and it’s great to have the option to choose different flavours each month allowing you to try the many Rock Rose varieties. The refill pouches are a great idea and a bonus too that they can be popped in the post to be recycled. The monthly box contains little treats and I really enjoyed getting to try produce from smaller, artisan suppliers, which are paired perfectly to go with my favourite tipple! I will definitely consider extending my subscription!

Wonderful gin and wonderful service! On my 3rd box after sampling a bottle of the standard Rock Rose gin, so working my way through the editions. Subscription is so easy and is well priced with some lovely treats. Love the idea of the refill so I don’t clutter up my cupboards!
