NC500 botanicals combine to create a deliciously smooth and creamy vodka

We are delighted to partner with the North Coast 500 (NC500) to create a vodka fitting for this iconic route around the North Highlands, one of the best coastal road trips in the world.

Using Holy Grass and apple juice from the Black Isle, we have created a vodka as a tribute to local scientific hero Robert Dick, who rediscovered Northern Holy Grass growing on the banks of Thurso River. Distilled along with locally grown watermint and verbena it creates a deliciously creamy, smooth vodka.
